ARKE Solutions was founded by Kevin Calitz with a simple goal:
To make operations and processes support business growth, not slow it down.
After 12+ years working across startups, finance and operations roles in both public and private sectors and a number of Board roles, Kev saw the same pattern repeatedly:
Revenue was growing and the teams were working hard, however, the business was somehow getting more difficult to run. More decisions were routing through the same people, and more time was spent in operational firefighting. The margins didn't reflect the effort going in.
As a co-founder and operator, Kev experienced first-hand the complexities of managing multiple business functions while also trying to scale a business.
ARKE works with business owners and executives to build the operational foundations that scale with the business, clear processes, connected systems and the leadership structure to hold it together without the owner in the middle of every decision.
